University of the Philippines College of Medicine. 6/1971 – 4/1975 Graduated #7 in a class of 94. The four-year course is the same as in the United States and the University was established by the Americans. According to the New York Board of Medical Examiners, University of the Philippines graduates are not considered foreign graduates.
